Spirit of ‘76
Happy Independence Day! Before we go out and start drinking beer, eating burgers and shooting off fireworks, we wanted to take a quick break to recognize the birth of this great nation. Alex has done a great job with an homage to ’76. Hope you all enjoy it and stay safe this holiday.

I’m not sure if it’s something I should admit, but my sole reference to “Spirit of ’76” was always a Looney Tunes cartoon from my early childhood. I wish I could find it on YouTube, but I’m wrapped up in other projects.
I modeled the guy in the center after a combination of some obscure characters (something I love) such as Spirit of ’76, a successor to Captain America, and Minute Man from the Freedom Force game.
Happy Birthday America, eff yeah!
