Episode 54 Chapter 5: Identity Crisis

A Picture Says a Thousand Things You Didn’t Want to Tell Anyone

One of my favorite moments in writing the series. Sometimes dialogue is not needed at all, particularly when I let Alex go crazy. I think what makes this one great is Cap’s reaction at the end. You don’t see it, but you know exactly what he’s thinking.

This was probably one of the easiest strips to write. Sometimes the hardest part about a weekly is trying to come up with something that I can write, Alex can draw, and we both find funny. This week we decided to go with simple and I really do think less is more.

On a seperate note, you might notice that the comments now use Disqus. I’ve come to hate my old comment system, so it was time to switch. We now have a fully functional comment section where you can use either Google, Twitter, or Yahoo ID to leave a comment. I’m really hoping this spurs some great conversation!

Alex and I were just talking about Will Ferrell movies and how much we love them. I think this one might be my favorite. When this strip goes live, I’ll be moving across country, so this seems appropriate. We’re moving to Minneapolis and I’m very excited. I’ve been to Minneapolis a few times and always enjoyed my time there. If you live in the area, I look forward to meeting you at a convention sometime!
